Our situation was a bit different than most, I never viewed the house in person until the day I moved in. This could have been very challenging for our agent, but Candice handled it like she was buying the home for her mother. Candice is a very up-beat positive person with a great sense of the important real estate factors. During the buying experience (locating, comps, neighborhood consideration) I believe we considered 6-8 homes seriously. Not one question went unanswered by our Agent. Not one request went unaddressed (and this continues on after move-in. I've purchased 23 homes - hands down - best agent, best buying experience of all.

We can all do the on-line search and we’re pretty good at it. But we can’t tell without seeing something whether it’s in a good area, a nice property or a mediocre property that has great photos. We called Long Realty and absolutely hit the jackpot when we randomly found Candice Huggins. Not only was Candice enthusiastic to help us, but from the beginning she honed in on what we were looking for in a property.
